Tignes, Val Claret.

this picture is taken a day of downhill skiing. As my habit, I take a camera with me, load of transparency film. (And a replacement film in the pocket).
For the image of Tignes, I stop at the run border. I assess the length of the valley between 3 to 4 Km. I applied my own rule of 1/100e, I plan to move aside around 30 or 40 m. 30 m is about 20 or 25 times the ski length or 50 steps. I choose some framing, without foreground, with my zoom lens and memorize the center as the last great building in the back. I'm ready.
I shoot, move 30 m to the center of the ski run, counting up my steps. Paying attention to the zoom, because the focal length must not change. I frame the image again with the memorised building in the center. I shoot again.
It is done. I have a Hyperstereo.

Is that something that prevents you to do the same?
